We have all heard this before, but is there any truth behind it?
I have most often heard this as a justification after making a bad purchasing decision. I had tried to save a few dollars or stretch my budget and ended up with less than I had hoped. Even worse, I sometimes had a broken product or worthless service and had wasted all of that money.
But we all know this saying is not 100% true. A smart shopper can make a good decision and get exactly what they want for a reasonable price. So what does it take to be that smart shopper, make the best decision, and get exactly what you want for the right price?
