The estimate was given with the work we wanted done and with the materials we requested. He gave us a second estimate using green materials and some upgraded materials and to our pleasure the second estimate was not much higher than what we wanted. He also made suggestions to better use the space. As we live in Florida and not Connecticut communication was extremely important. Jordan kept us informed throughout the entire process. With his improvements we rented the apartment immediately. He has done other projects for us since then with the same care and professionalism as the original work.
